I can hear you have a good feel for logic following of chords. I understand the emotions you're portraying. My only comment would be, a melody through the chords would make it become more alive and iconic, easier to recognise. Improvise with your own chords and do it thousands of times until it tells you whats the most unique and creative follow up with melodies and expressions. You are certainly on the right track! Keep it up!
